Who is this course for? Personnel with a responsibility for wearing Breathing Apparatus in emergency situations.
Course Outline Comprehensive training in the use of Breathing Apparatus in line with Home Office Technical Bulletin 1/97 using our extensive live fire facilities designed to provide personnel with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to safely wear Breathing Apparatus and to contribute effectively to an incident requiring Breathing Apparatus. Assessment is via direct observation and written papers.

Future Development Following successful completion of this programme and upon having gained the necessary experience delegates can continue their development by undertaking the Service Trainer course followed by specific Trainer courses.
