Course Outline Each programme is individually designed taking into account the objectives the client wants to achieve and the physical capabilities of the delegates concerned. A typical programme could involve the team in planning a fire service related event. The whole team will then wear and utilise appropriate fire and rescue kit to complete one or more exercises, changing roles to allow different team members to use different skills. Training staff will ensure the safety of delegates at all times. Trainers will be available to observe and then lead the de-briefing process, providing feedback and facilitating team learning and development.
