We are a high-quality provider of training solutions looking to expand our network of consultant trainers.  We have a major national and international presence in the fire and emergency services sector.   In addition to training at our own training centre, we deliver in-house training on clients' premises all over the UK and Internationally.We have more than 50 years experience of delivering high quality training and producing bespoke training solutions to fulfil our customer’s needs.

We operate with a blend of our own permanent trainers and a close, very successful, network of consultant trainers.   We are seeking to expand this network to meet an increasing demand for specialist training delivered both in the United Kingdom and abroad.  We are looking for experienced and highly motivated trainers who can deliver fire, leadership and heath and safety based training courses at our training centre, and on client sites, often tailoring content to individual needs.

About You

You are an experienced consultant trainer with the following key characteristics:

  • Totally professional in manner and appearance, prepared to be the quality "face of Washington Hall International Training Centre" when working
  • Proven skills in the delivery of training in your areas of expertise
  • Experience of working for training companies who outsource some or all of their delivery
  • Ability to spot further training opportunities and relay them to the Commercial Manager
  • Flexibility and versatility
  • Total integrity and commitment
  • Desire to deliver courses to the highest standards
  • Aim to exceed customer expectations wherever possible
  • Ability to work to high standards with minimal supervision
