The single most important part of our business is the relationship we have with our customers. In order to continually develop these relationships and provide a service which exceeds their individual expectations we value greatly their feedback. London Fire Brigade has worked with Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service at Washington Hall UK. The service has delivered quality bespoke Real Fire Training to a large number of London Fire Brigade trainees. In addition they have also delivered specialist trainer training in Breathing Apparatus, Fire Behaviour and Tactical Ventilation skills for London instructors. The quality of training deliveries has been of an excellent standard and has contributed to the professionalism and skills of London based firefighters and training staff. London Fire Brigade are proud to have been associated with Washington Hall UK staff during this period and hope to work together again in the future.

We use the centre for Basic Firefighter and Breathing Apparatus Refresher courses and I know that when my staff come back on site they will have had the training I requested. The staff always return with excellent feedback, saying how professional the instruction was, that the safety aspect is always first class and attention to detail is second to none. We also intend to use the centre for other training and would not consider going elsewhere.

Great team building course! The practical exercises were excellent and were designed on the information provided with respect to the actual equipment and hazards at the Power Station. The Washington Hall UK training instructors appreciated that the Power Station staff were not full-time firefighters and designed, implemented and evaluated the training at a level suited to the students abilities. Washington Hall UK offers excellent facilities, experienced instructors and support staff who ensure the whole course package is delivered with a cost-effective, timely and professional attitude.
