The single most important part of our business is the relationship we have
with our customers. In order to continually develop these relationships
and provide a service which exceeds their individual expectations we value
greatly their feedback. The following testimonials are just some of the
many examples of positive comments we have received from our customers.
“We use the centre for Basic Firefighter and Breathing Apparatus Refresher courses
and I know that when my staff come back on site they will have had the training
I requested. The staff always return with excellent feedback, saying how
professional the instruction was, that the safety aspect is always first
class and attention to detail is second to none. We also intend to use the
centre for other training and would not consider going elsewhere.”

“Dubai Civil Defence has always endeavoured in aspiring to achieve
best practice in all that we do. The importance that we put on training
and developing our officers is one of the major priorities of the Civil
Defence. Through the guidance of our illustrious Director Brigadier Rashid
Thani Al Matrooshi, who has personally given his time to become involved
in the selection of students to be trained and developed as future officers
of the Dubai Civil Defence, this responsibility has been entrusted to Washington
Hall UK who are part of Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service. The relationship
between the Dubai Civil Defence and Washington Hall is based on friendship,
pride, trust and endeavour and as such we will be signing a Memorandum of
Understanding with the Chief Fire Officer of Lancashire Fire & Rescue
to build on this relationship for the future.”
